How to share crash reports and logs with support

If your server is crashing, the fastest way for support to help is to send the crash report or the latest log lines that show the error.

Please include

• The game this is for
• Your server ID or region
• The exact error line if you can see one
• What changed right before the crash started

Where to look

• If the panel created a crash report file, attach that file or paste the text from it.
• If you only have logs, paste the newest log file or the last 50 to 100 lines around the error.
• If you see Exception, Caused by, or ERROR, include those lines too.

What helps most

The most useful details are the game name, server ID, timestamp, and anything you changed right before the crash began. If you are not sure which log matters, send the latest one and support can narrow it down.
