Adding credits to your Serverwave account allows you to pay for servers, enable automatic top-ups, and keep your services running without interruption. ---

Option 1: Add Credits Manually 1. Log in to your Serverwave Control Panel. 2. Click on Top-up Account in the bottom-left corner. 3. Select the preferred payment method (e.g. card, PayPal, Creditcard, Google Pay, etc.). 4. Choose the amount you’d like to add. 5. Confirm your payment — the credits will be added instantly once the transaction is complete.

| 💡 Tip: You can view your balance anytime in the Billing Overview section of your dashboard.

Option 2: Enable Automatic Top-Ups (coming soon) If you don’t want to worry about running out of balance: 1. Go to Billing → Automatic Top-Ups. 2. Toggle “Enable Automatic Top-Ups”. 3. Set the threshold amount (e.g., add €10 when your balance drops below €2). 4. Choose your saved payment method. 5. Save your preferences.

| Serverwave will automatically add funds whenever your balance drops below your set limit.

Troubleshooting Payment not showing up? Refresh your dashboard or wait a few minutes — sometimes payments take a short while to process. Transaction failed? Double-check your payment method or try again with a different one.

Pro Tip Keep at least a small balance on your account to avoid any service interruptions — especially when using Dynamic Billing.
